The “Rock City Rocket” Jack Cottrell was a handful for the LV competitors in his mint Emerick Associates #8’s.  Jack was as smooth as he was fast, was always consistent and in the hunt for the Valley crown each season he competed on the high banks, scoring an impressive 8 wins from 1990 to 1996.
